Should be able to develop new business relationships for potentional new clients
Have a sales background in the Hosting industry

Requires following skills:

Knowledge about networking and security
Knowledge about servers and hosting in general
Good contacts in small to medium businesses
Smooth follow-up and follow through
Self-motivating and a ‘can do anything’ attitude
Have a strong presentation and pitch skills
Fluent dutch and english language

Job Summary

Provide technical support to our customers via phone, live chat, e-mail and ticket support
Configure / manage existing and new servers and expand your knowledge

Experience

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate excellent verbal + written communication skills via phone + customer service
Should possess strong analytical skills, and effective interpersonal relationship skills
Have a technical background in the Hosting industry

Have a Basic or intermediate knowledge of one or more of the following OS’s:

Red Hat Linux
Other Unix-based platforms
Windows 2008/2012 Server

Must have a basic to intermediate knowledge of the following:

HTTP Protocol
DNS Protocol
SMTP Protocol
POP3 and/or IMAP Protocol
FTP Protocol
SSH Protocol
MS Terminal Services(Remote Desktop Protocol)
SQL Service
Network Connectivity

Ability to work on your own and keep yourself busy for the company
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
Ability to communicate both verbally and written in Dutch and English
Position requires use of a computer a majority of the day
Must have flexible availability, as we run a 24×7 business

Shift:

9 am – 5 pm and after for emergency problems
Part-Time or Full-Time
